Epitalon (also Epithalon) is a synthetic tetrapeptide, Ala-Glu-Asp-Gly (AEDG), modeled on the pineal peptide Epithalamin. It is studied as a regulator of telomerase (hTERT) activity, telomere length, and pineal/circadian signaling.
